Since we managed to raise enough money to purchase the site last year things have been steadily moving forward behind the scenes.
A full design team meeting was held to balance the requirements of heritage and building regulations, enabling us to develop our existing plans in finer detail.
The rear cliff face has been stabilised with the help of the Vector Rope Access team - a huge thank to them for allowing a local resident, Jack Bell to gain some valuable work experience with them on site.
Lime pointing details have been submitted to Cornwall Council so we can get on with repairing the remaining walls.
We have also received funding to build the single storey kitchen/cafe to the rear - this will be scheduled on advice from the planning department.
